Fixed scope

Management-consultancy readiness engagement for one Indian business: baseline diagnostic, management roadmap, operational governance and readiness coordination. First phase includes two remote 60-minute discovery meetings, one baseline gap report and one prioritised roadmap with one consolidated revision. Further implementation requires an agreed milestone schedule within the fixed total ceiling. MSME IPO wording describes readiness only. Remaining phases are limited to these stated management outputs; the accepted milestone schedule allocates only the remaining INR 900000 and cannot expand scope or increase total.

Included deliverables

• First-phase business diagnostic and readiness gap report
• Prioritised management readiness roadmap
• Proposed subsequent implementation milestones within the fixed total
• Readiness coordination; no securities transaction or regulatory representation
• Later phases: up to ten management operating SOPs, one roles/escalation matrix, one non-executable management reporting tracker and up to four remote 90-minute implementation reviews. No additional business units.

Exclusions

• Statutory legal or tax advice, audits, certifications, investment advice, underwriting, fundraising, IPO execution and regulator filings are excluded. Such work requires separately authorised professionals and a separate engagement.
• Government, professional and third-party expenses are excluded and require separate written customer approval; no automatic additional charge.
• No assurance of finance, listing, regulatory approval, sales or profit. No executable software is supplied.

Turnaround

First phase: 20 business days after complete inputs and scheduling confirmation. Later phases have no promised delivery dates until their exact schedule is accepted.

Cancellation and refund

Before work starts: request cancellation and refund of unperformed work. After commencement: charges may be retained only for documented work actually performed and approved non-recoverable expenses; refund the unearned balance subject to applicable law.
