Terms of Use, Sale & Services

These Terms govern IndiaToolkit digital products, custom-created outputs and consultancy services. Product-specific disclosures, accepted proposals, statements of work and mandatory local consumer laws also apply.

Eligibility and global availability

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Products may be unavailable where law, sanctions, export controls, professional regulation or payment-provider rules prevent lawful service.

Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer protections cannot be waived. Where local law grants stronger non-waivable rights, those rights prevail to that extent.

Custom creation and AI

Your accepted specification, jurisdiction, intended use, deliverable, format, review level, price and revision/refund terms form part of the order. AI-assisted outputs can contain errors and may not be unique. We do not call an output professionally reviewed unless actual authorised review is included and recorded.

Prices and cross-border taxes

Tax treatment depends on customer location, place of supply, product/service classification and applicable law. Indian domestic tax configuration is not automatically applied to every international sale. Consultancy fees exclude applicable taxes and actual third-party/outside-agency costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

B2B governing law and arbitration

For contracts made wholly for business/professional purposes, Indian law applies subject to mandatory law. After a 30-day good-faith resolution period, unresolved disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and legal place is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India; proceedings are in English. Jaipur courts have supervisory/interim jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

Consumers

Nothing removes mandatory rights to a court, consumer forum, regulator, mediation or other statutory remedy. Arbitration is used only where legally valid and does not unlawfully waive mandatory consumer rights.
