Refund/cancellation treatment depends on product/service, delivery stage, customer location and mandatory law.

Strong refund cases

• Duplicate payment.
• Payment captured but no valid order can be created.
• Permanent generation failure.
• Corrupt or unusable file not cured by regeneration.
• IndiaToolkit cannot provide the promised deliverable.
• A mandatory refund right applies under local law.

Digital content

Where immediate digital delivery affects a statutory withdrawal right, any waiver is relied upon only where applicable law allows it and required express consent/acknowledgement has been collected.

Custom work and consultancy

Refunds depend on work already performed, milestones, non-recoverable commitments and mandatory law. Actual third-party costs already incurred or irrevocably committed on a client’s behalf are generally not refundable unless required by law or the third party’s terms.
